Why This Site Exists
Missing Documents
This website was created because the current HOA and management company have not provided all of the required documents that homeowners are legally entitled to access. Formal requests for missing financial reports, detailed financial statements, and other documents that are legally required to be available to homeowners have not been fulfilled.
Spending Violations Identified
After reviewing the financial reports that have been provided, we have identified possible spending violations pursuant to the 2019 Resolution regarding the spending of homeowners dues.
The Investigation Tool is being used to gather and organize all available information about the financial affairs of the HOA. It is critically important to obtain the missing years of financial reports so we can review them and determine if there are any other anomalous spending that should be investigated, which would violate the spending Resolution.
The Need for Complete Information
Without access to these missing financial documents, we cannot conduct a complete review of all spending patterns and identify all potential violations of the Resolution. The Investigation Tool and timeline of events serve as resources to help identify potential issues, but this website does not make specific accusations against any particular parties.
Currently, only documents that could be located on the HOA management company website are available. This limited access prevents homeowners from having a complete picture of the HOA's financial affairs and governance.
Your Rights as a Homeowner
Homeowners have legal rights to access financial records and documentation. This site exists to ensure transparency and accountability, providing access to available information and highlighting the importance of obtaining all missing documents.
